Introduction to research ethics - starts February 17
Course duration: 4 weeks
Course objectives:
- Evaluate the ethical soundness of your proposed research study.
- Critically assess ethical challenges and dilemmas across the research process, drawing on past examples of unethical research and current pressures on researchers.
- Apply step-by-step approaches to seeking ethical approval.
Who will find the course useful
- New researchers and those who have not applied for ethical approval before.
- Researchers who want to refresh their understanding of ethics in research.
- Members of an ethics committee/board who feels they need more support in their role.
