- I am a Reader (Associate Professor) in Food Chemistry and Analysis and also a food safety consultant. I have published research articles in food analysis and food safety. Other areas include the utilization of roots and tubers. Currently I am the Deputy Editor of the Nigerian Food Journal (NIFOJ) and a member of the editorial board.
