- Biography:
- I have been involved in the training of teachers in the fields of food, nutrition and health education since 1998. I hold a Masters in Public health nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA. I completed a Post grad Certificate in Online Education with the University of Southern Queensland (Australia) in 2005 and I have completed my doctoral studies with specialisation in online education. Hence, my research interests and publications also include online education, more specifically the use of online discussions to promote deep learning.
