- An academic, researcher teaching and researching in Gender, Healthcare management, mental health condition, returning to employment and human resources management. After being with the State and Federal Government for several years as Administrative/Human Resources Officer, Welfare, Healthcare support officer, tutor etc at various levels and offices i.e. the Office of the Head of Service, Governor’s Office, Ogun State Internal Revenue Service, Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Ministry of Urban and Physical Planning (MUPP), proceeded on Federal appointment as Special Assistant (Recruitment and Appointment) at the Federal Civil Service Commission, and part time lecturing at the National Open University of Nigeria. Winner of several local and international awards including Distinguished Fellows of the Africa Institute of Public Administration (DFAI) Ghana, Honorary Doctoral degree in Business Administration from the London Bridge Business School, United kingdom, and Leading Edge Business School (LEBS), Nigeria. Presently on permanent contract with the RDaSH NHS trust, also researching on Sex roles, Gender and Healthcare, immigrarion and Dispute Resolution in conflict. Also, Member Editorial Board of a few academic journals on Gender, Education and Research. Working on Artificial Intelligence and it's effectiveness on public and civil servants in post pandemic period transition. A motivational speaker, versatile team player, working efficiently and effectively under intense pressure to achieve high quality deliverable within set targets and deadlines. Willing to function in any role that will allow me utilize my existing skills and knowledge, add value and further my professional development. My interests includes travelling, meeting people of diverse minds, caring for and assisting people, golfing, driving, listening to cool music, cooking and travelling.
