Elshadai Baja Woldetsadik is a lecturer, researcher, and aspiring PhD scholar specializing in sustainable urban planning, mobility, and infrastructure in Africa. With postgraduate degrees earned with Great Distinction, he has published in Springer Journals on urban core development, housing policies, and inclusive design. He has leadership experience in academia, community service, and policy discussions. Actively engaging in national and international research initiatives, he seeks to influence urban policymaking through innovative, evidence-based strategies for resilient and inclusive cities.
