Ali Fakher, BSN, RN, is a dedicated nurse leader and healthcare innovator with a passion for advancing the nursing profession globally. He has extensive experience in clinical care, nursing leadership, and healthcare innovation, focusing on evidence-based practice (EBP), professional development, and the integration of technology in healthcare. Ali’s work has spanned humanitarian crisis settings and prestigious global organizations, such as the United Nations, where he currently serves as an Emergency Nurse. As a winner of the NurseHack4Health competition, Ali implemented award-winning solutions, including the C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N Project, which addresses the empowerment of migrant nurses. He is also the founder of NursingSiM, a simulation-based platform aimed at transforming nursing education. His thought leadership is reflected in his commitment to fostering nursing as a STEM profession and developing future nurse leaders.
