Dr. Osituyo Oladapo Olufemi, an Administrative officer in Ogun State, Nigeria, a former Head of Human Resourvces, Ogun State Internal Revenue Serrvices, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. He also worked at Office of the Head of Service, Governor's Office, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria: He has published a few books such as Mambilla Plateau; Nature's Gift to the Nation. AJIWS award winner with “Preventing Violence against Girls and Women: Engaging Information and Communications Technology (ICT) For a Secure and Resourceful Livelihood amongst Ijebu Women in Isonyin, Nigeria. He has also published on Gender and women's career advancement published and reviewer of a few journals. He is a Fellow Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management and others. He is presently in partnership in Healthcare system.
