- Biography:
- I am a Lecturer II at the Department of Biology, Romblon State University, Philippines, where I teach undergraduate biology courses. I recently completed my Master of Science at the University of the Philippines Los Baños with a major in Botany (with a specialization in Plant Physiology) and a minor in Agronomy. I worked on my research on how biofertilizers affect the physiology of cadmium-treated corn (Zea mays L.). I'm curious to learn about the principles of Astrobotany or Space Plant Biology. Astrobotany shows relevance to crop production and the study of mine site rehabilitation on Earth. My research interests include phytoremediation, plant nutrition, abiotic stress physiology, plant-microbe interactions, ethnobotany, and space plant biology.
