- Dr Sarker is an Associate Professor in the School of Political Science and Public Administration, Neijiang Normal University, Sichuan, China. He has obtained PhD from Sichuan University. He is also working as an Associate Editor of BMC Research Note journal published by Springer publishers. He has 75 journal articles, one book, book chapters and conference articles. He is a certified reviewer and mentor of Publon Academy and Researcher Academy, Elsevier and editorial member of many journals.
