- Dr. Maqbool Hassan is a Law graduate with a Doctorate in Islamic Studies (Specialization in Islamic Law) from the University of Karachi. He is qualified in Islamic Jurisprudence (سَنَدِ اختصاصی فی الاصولِ فقہ) from The Sharia Academy International Islamic University Islamabad Pakistan. He has 29 years of experience in teaching, educational management, teacher training, and research. He has contributed 40+ research papers/articles to national and international journals of good repute. He has attended many workshops, seminars, and conferences. Has vast experience teaching at the primary to university level. Has been a guest speaker at well-reputed institutions. He is the author of 14 books. Dr. Hassan has also served for around two decades as a Faculty Member and Vice-Principal at Bahria College Karsaz, Karachi Pakistan, Director of Education and Head of Program/Curriculum Development and & Teacher Training at Head Office JTQ Educational Network at Head Office Pakistan Karachi. He is the Founder Editor of the Annual research journal, “Al-Urooj Research Journal” العروج مجلہ تحقیق as well as the Founder of ZIIRT a Research institute and Islamic Think Tank, and The Horizon Trainers. He has been attached to the University of Karachi and FUUAST Karachi as a Research Supervisor and to NED University Karachi as a Visiting Faculty. Currently, Dr. Hassan is associated with Bahria University Karachi Campus as an Assistant Professor (Department of Islamic Studies).
