Biography:
Takele Gezahegn is a Public Health Professional Specialist/Expert currently working as an Assistant Professor at Saint Paul's Hospital Millennium Medical College, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He graduated from Jimma University (Ethiopia) and Haramaya University (Ethiopia) with an MPH in Health Education and Promotion (HEHP) and BSc. in Public Health in June 2014 and July 2006 respectively. Takele Authored and co-authored more than 20 research articles. He is a reviewer for different journals. Currently, He is involved in different teaching, research, and Community service activities. Takele is a Public Health professional specialist III, particularly Behavior Change Communication (BCC) or Social Behavior Change Communication (SBBC) specialist, with a Health promotion and health education specialty. He has worked as a Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) advisor for COVID-19 Response for the Oromia Region Health Bureau (ORHB); a project funded by the World Bank Group from 8 September 2020 to 30 June 2021. Now, he is a Ph.D. student at Addis Ababa University.
