- Biography:
- I am a bioinformatics researcher. My research work is focused on protein structural and functional bioinformatics. I have worked on algorithm development (sblab.sastra.edu/sw.html and http://domserv.lab.tuat.ac.jp/fast_helicallinker.html), sequence analysis, protein folding pathway prediction and molecular dynamic project for studying the aggregation tendency of peptides. I am interested in expanding my field and exploring different bioinformatics-related areas in order to find a solution to more and more scientific problems.
