- Adedayo O. Adeboye is a young researcher in Food Science and Technology having obtained her BSc (2008) and MSc (2012) from Obafemi Awolowo University. She joined Wesley University, Ondo, Nigeria in 2013 as an Assistant Lecturer. Her research interest is in the area of processing with strong focus on modelling product formulation. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology. She has just recently obtained a doctorate degree in Food Science and Technology in 2016.
