She is a very experienced Project Specialist with technical background in Monitoring, Evaluation, Geo-spatial Database, Database and Financial Management offering 12+years of progressive leadership and outstanding success gained after working for diverse entities. SUMMARY OF KEY EXPERTISE: • Strong technical background (Monitoring, Evaluation, Database, Geo-spatial Database and Financial Management) with concrete record in implementation of development projects(e.g. climate change adaptation and mitigation, food security, agro-biodiversity, renewable energy, energy efficiency, poverty, health, natural resource, rural development, women empowerment, employment creation and life-skill education) from two side-as a donor representative and as a recipient representative. • Strong technical skills in program development and senior management expertise assuring high quality in all stages of the project cycle: that is from new project design, implementation, budget and operational management and close out based on respective donor guidelines and regulations. • Expertise in grant application and management procedures and compliances of donors such as UNDP, USAID, WB, DFID and CIDA. • key proficiency includes in the area of Qualitative and Quantitative research, Mixed Method Research, Survey Research, Experimental Design, M&E Plan/framework, Results-Based Management System (RBMS), Logic Model and Indicators, Theory of Change (ToC), Database, Data Analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) and interpretation of result by using various GIS (Geographic Information System) and statistical software (e.g. Excel, Access, SPSS, R, STATA, Arc Info and MS Project). • Demonstrated ability to develop and supervise multi-actor and multi-sectoral Joint programs involving a number of international organizations; National and Local Government Officials and Civil Society Organizations (NGOs and CBOs). • Excellent analytical skills; including detailed high Quality Report Writing and Results/Impact Documentation skills, preparation of case studies and ‘good practice guidelines’ including presentation and dissemination of development impact to wider audiences using newsletters websites and blog. • Expertise in baseline survey, mid-term evaluation and impact study, organization of seminar, workshop, conference, roundtables, community based meeting & training course, documentation, writing of research reports, briefing memos, case stories, brochure, lessons learned report, policy brief, leaflet, assisting for preparing video documentary etc. • Very strong in communicating results, in both written reports and presentations.
