- Veerappan Mani is a research scientist at the Sensors Lab, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). He received Ph.D. from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan. He is an experienced researcher in developing nanomaterials for sensors, biosensors, and energy devices. He is serving as an editorial board member for International Journal of Molecular Sciences (MDPI; I.F 4.556), associate editor for Frontiers in Materials (Frontiers; I.F 2.705), special issue editor for Micromachines (MDPI: I.F 2.523), and review editor for Frontiers in Electronics. In 2020, he has been included in the world's top 2% scientists list published by Standford University researchers (Categories: Energy & Analytical Chemistry; Rank = 1218/186014, top 0.65% researcher).
