Biography:
Santosh Adhikari is a PhD candidate in the School of Social Sciences, University of Tasmania, Australia. He is researching policy issues in migration and remittance management by developing countries and their sustainable utilization in the domestic economy. Previously, he worked as Agri-Economist/Planning Officer for the Ministry of Agricultural Development in Nepal and involved in various policymaking and budgeting for more than 100 policies, programs and guidelines.
