Resource of the Week #31: A New Collection of Tips of the Week
Hello again. This time our Resource of the Week is a collection of the 25 most recent AuthorAID Tips of the Week. A few hours ago we added it to the AuthorAID Resource Library.
The collection, consisting of tips 26 through 50, is available in both English and Spanish. If you missed some tips when they first appeared, or if you’d like to review the tips, we hope you’ll look at this collection.
Included in the collection are tips on many aspects of writing and publishing. One of my favorite tips is #29: “Be tactful in criticizing the work of other authors while justifying yours. Know that an author cited is a potential reviewer of your paper.”
As some of you may recall, a collection of tips 1 through 25 also is available. We have both an English version and a Spanish version.
AuthorAID Tips of the Week are prepared by graduate assistant Bernard Appiah and translated into Spanish by graduate assistant Alejandra (Alex) Arreola-Triana. Alex also compiled the current collection. Special thanks to Bernard and Alex!
Until the next post— Barbara
