Announcement: New Self-Study Course! Introduction to Statistics in Research
Are you curious about how to design your research to minimize sampling error? Don’t know where to start choosing the right statistical test? Or are you simply wondering about how artificial intelligence has changed data science and statistics?
To celebrate World Statistics Day yesterday on 20 October 2025, we launched a new self-study introduction to statistics course.
Rising Scholars steward and data scientist Felix Emeka Anyiam has designed a course to help you gain confidence with statistics.
Whether you are preparing your first research study, or you are looking critically at the accuracy of your statistical work, the course will give you a good grounding in the basics.
You don’t need to have a strong math background to succeed in the course; we start from the beginning.
