AuthorAID Small Grants for 2013: First Set
We are pleased to announce our first set of small grants for 2013.
Our travel grants are for researchers to present their work at conferences, and our workshop grants are for researchers or university staff to organize workshops on topics related to research communication.
This time, we are going to award two travel grants (USD 1500 each) and two workshop grants (USD 2500 each).
To apply for any of these grants, please complete the relevant online application form:
- Application form for the workshop grant (deadline: February 20, 2013)
- Application form for the travel grant (deadline: March 14, 2013)
Before you begin the application, please look at the PDF copy of the application form. This will help you understand if you're ready to apply. The PDF copies (linked below) are for reference only and are not meant to be filled in.
If you wish to apply, we suggest that you draft your responses to some of the questions, especially the questions on the impact and budget, before beginning the online application. You should be ready to complete the online form in a single session, as partial applications cannot be saved.
We are planning to announce our next set of grants in June or July 2013.
