AuthorAID exhibits and presents at RGS-IBG Annual International Conference 2016
INASP's AuthorAID project is exhibiting at RGS-IBG Annual International Conference 2016, which will be held at the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) in London from 30 August to 2 September 2016. The AuthorAID stand will be located in the Pavilion.
INASP staff members will be at the stand to talk about and promote AuthorAID activities. INASP and AuthorAID publications will be on display and distributed during the exhibition.
Programme Officer Andy Nobes will be presenting on ethical challenges faced by Southern researchers at the panel on research ethics at the RGS-IBG conference on 31 August 2016.
The theme for the RGS-IBG 2016 Annual Conference (AC2016) is nexus thinking, an approach that has attracted a surge of interest in the last five years among academics, policymakers and third sector organizations. More than 1,800 delegates from 60 countries around the world are expected to attend the conference.
