- Subjects:
- Life Sciences, Biology
- Research Keywords:
- evolution, circadian biology, circadian rhythms, developmental biology, evodevo, molecular biology
- Biography:
- My research interests encompass the evolution, developmental and cell biology of small vertebrates but focuses on specific topics such as circadian biology, cell signalling, and gene expression. This work has involved a number of techniques (e.g., quantitative PCR, ELISA, DNA sequencing, field sampling, cladistics), and has worked on both model and non-model organisms such as zebrafish and Astyanax mexicanus cavefish.
