- Biography:
- Anne McCrary Sullivan holds an MFA in Poetry, a PhD in English Education, and a BA in French Language and Literature. She has extensive experience as a teacher (secondary, undergraduate, post-graduate), editor (National Council of Teachers of English), writer, and researcher. She specializes in qualitative research methodologies and has particular interest in arts-based methodologies and the epistemological intersections of art and science. She has a substantial publishing and presentation record in both academic and literary venues, including Harvard Educational Review (academic) and the Gettysburg Review (literary). She is a Florida Master Naturalist and is engaged with conservation issues, including issues related to national parks. During the 2012-2013 academic year, she was a Fulbright Scholar teaching qualitative research at the University of Calabar in Cross River State, Nigeria.
