- Dr. Godfrey Zari Rukundo (MBChB, M. Med Psych, CFCAP, PhD): is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry at Mbarara University of Science and Technology. His undergraduate training is in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He has a Master of Medicine in Psychiatry and a PhD with a focus on psychiatric epidemiology (Thesis on suicide). In addition, Dr. Rukundo has additional training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Community and primary care psychiatry, Leadership skills, Micro-research, qualitative data analysis and research translation. He is a Clinician, with more than twenty years of experience in teaching and research. Dr. Rukundo is a National Coordinator of training in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
