- Biography:
- I did a medical degree at the University of Dar es Salaam and graduated in 2005 and joined the public services and worked at Kibong'oto National TB Hospital for five years. The hospital is in Kilimanjaro region in Tanzania and is specialized hospital in the management of TB, HIV and MDR-TB patients. I did Masters degree in Epidemiology at the University of Melbourne in 2010 and wish to pursue a PhD in infectious diseases epidemiology. My research interests are in infectious diseases especially TB, HIV and MDR-TB. I am now building a database for hospital data that has 80 years of TB treatment history. I do expect to come up with findings that are I do intend to publish in journals. I do believe AuthorAID will be vital in building my public health career.
