- I am a Professor of Food Technology at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, India. My research focus is on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 2 aims to end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture by 2030. My contributions to this goal are through sound application of science and technology principles to processing and distribution of wholesome and health-promoting foods. I was listed in Stanford's/Elsevier's Top 2% Scientists in the world. 2023 and 2024.
