- Biography:
- Gédéon CHOMBA SENGA is a lawyer, former student of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA-RDC) and Civil Administrator of the Republic. He is an expert in charge of studies at the Administrative and Technical Secretariat of the Strategic Committee of the Information Systems Department (DSI) of the Ministry of Finance. He teaches and researches at the Ecole Informatique des Finances (EIFI), and is in charge of Public Policy and Results-Based Management at the Ecole de Hautes Études Politiques et Juridiques (EHEPJ) in Kinshasa. He is a Climate Ambassador, author, lecturer, coach and technical expert in several think tanks. He is a consultant at the Dataking Consulting research laboratory and at the AuthorAID/Ghana Hub, where he conducts policy analyses on issues relating to public affairs, law, defence and security, NICTs, education and development. He is the initiator of the Millennium Generation Platform for Sustainable Development (MGSD).
