He received a bachelor’s degree in medicine from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and a master’s degree in medicine with a specialization in psychiatry and mental health from Southern Medical University, Guangzhou, China. He is certified by Nepal Medical Council and is licensed to practice psychiatry in Nepal. He has a decade of clinical experience as a medical doctor. His research interests include psychotherapeutic interventions, psychopharmacology, and sleep medicine.
