- Olumuyiwa James PETER obtained his PhD Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is a Lecturer and a Researcher in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo, Nigeria and a research fellow at the Institute of Informatics, (SAS), Bratislava Slovakia, 2019. He visited the University of Caen Normandy, France, Comenius University, Slovakia, Central European University, Hungary, Institute of Science and Technology, Austria, Ankara University, Turkey, Czech Technical University, Czech Republic, Vrije Universiteit Brussel Belgium, University of Hohenheim Germany and Sofia University, (St Kliment Ohridski), Bulgaria in 2019 on a research mission. He works in the area of Applied Mathematics. His main research interests are in Biomathematics and Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases. He is an author and co-author of more than 80 research papers in peer-reviewed journals locally and internationally in high impact journals with above 1000 citations on them. He is also a reviewer and editor of some of the top impact journals.
