- The underutilization and delay of this rail transport despite the government effort on funding have been an issues and has my interest towards the evolution of this mode. Hence if the quality of service provided by this ail transport is not impressive to passenger, they will tend to avoid the service and it is a fact the Nigeria road transport system is over used, therefore the rail transport is supposed to bride this gap of mass movement of passengers’ across the intercity area with adequate quality of service that will attract the transport as the best alternative transport based on the service.
