- Biography:
- Frejus SODEDJI holds a Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding from University Felix Houphouët Boigny, Côte-d’Ivoire, and a Master of Science degree in Plant Breeding and Systems from Makerere University, Uganda. His research interests include agrobiodiversity, biofortification and climate smart breeding. Frejus was a research fellow in Dr. Hoyoun Kim’ Lab at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea, and an alumni of the PASET-RSIF Scholarship and the SAMSUNG Dream Scholarship Foundation. Fréjus is author of over 20 publications and has participated in various collaborative research programs and conferences/debates in the agricultural and food systems at regional and international levels.
