Bio of facilitator 

Felix is a researcher, analytics expert, and epidemiologist with over a decade of experience leading data-driven projects across health and urban sectors. He is currently a research scientist at the Centre for Health and Development (CHD), Nigeria. Felix is also a convenor of the Rising Scholars Data Science Hub and contributes to curriculum development for statistical training.
