- Mwine mukono is a Ugandan researcher, a psychologist, peace and conflict studies expert, and law enforcement officer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling from Kyambogo University ,Masters in Arts Peace and Conflict Studies from Makerere University and a graduate of police senior command and staff college. He hold several certificates from different professional bodies and training institutions.He has reputable experience working with youth both with government and non-government organizations coordinating different programs as youth sexual reproductive health advisor, psycho social support officer, administrator, trainer, human resource manager. Currently is working with Uganda Police Force under the Department of Planning and Quality Control in the Directorate of Human Resource Development/Training. He is a member of Transitional Justice Experts In Africa, member British Peace Support Africa Writing board, Uganda Counselling Association and United For Human Rights international
