- Hannah Obeng is a research scientist with the CSIR- Food Research Institute, Ghana. She has 3 years working experience with CSIR. She has a Masters degree in human nutrition from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel and BSc. in community nutrition from UDS , Ghana. She has 3 publications to her credit and several technical reports. She has also won 1 research grants from the PEARS foundation UK and 2 consultancy projects from the UN-WFP. Her research interest are in food bioactives and functional food components
