- Milton Labanda-Jaramillo es profesor e investigador de la Universidad Nacional de Loja en el área de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación. Es Ingeniero en Informática. Master en Software Libre. Se desempeña como Director de la Carrera de Pedagogía Informática. Las áreas de investigación son: Pensamiento Computacional, Gerencia, Innovación Abierta, Recursos Educativos Abiertos, Gerencia. Actualmente es miembro del Grupo de Investigación en Tecnologías de la Información y Computación GITIC y del Grupo de Investigación en Tecnología Educativa GITED, es Miembro de la Red de Investigación RICHSL y de la Red Loja Investiga.
