- Fadwa Fathy Mahmoud Mohammed is a researcher who works in Reference Laboratory for Veterinary Quality Control on poultry production-Animal Health Research Institute RLQP-Ismailia branch. Dr Fadwa graduated from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Suez Canal University 2006. She holds a M.V.Sc. 2011 and a PhD 2015 in Food Hygiene and Control Dr Fadwa has a distinguished career as a microbiologist and biosafety officer for more than 13 years at RLQP-Ismailia, she believes that a robust biorisk management system is the cornerstone for each successful Laboratory activity. Dr. Fadwa has specific expertise in vitro diagnostic tests for poultry bacterial infection, including E. coli, Salmonella and others, as well as Biosafety and Biosecurity Integrated Program application, laboratory SOP development, and personnel training. Dr Fadwa is an IFBA (International Federation for Biosafety Association) certified Professional in Biorisk Management (2018) and an IFBA certified Professional in Biosecurity (2019). In addition to her participation in Biosecurity fellowship program with American Society for Microbiology and 52 weeks of Biosafety with American Society for Microbiology and Safer Behavior. Currently she is working as an IFBA Global mentor.
