- Dr. Jamal Mohammed is a senior lecturer in Economics and head of department with the Department of Liberal Studies, Koforidua Technical University, Ghana. He is also the Executive Director with Africa Development Resources Research Institute (ADRRI), Ghana, a Policy Think Tank based in Koforidua, Ghana. Dr. Mohammed area of specialization is development economics, economic policy, environmental and natural resource economics. He has published extensively in reputable journals and has also undertaken policy advocacy in Non-governmental Organization (NGO). He has currently designed a community development reporting system code named “Development Transparency Barometer Index”.
