- Angela is a Food Microbiologist at heart .She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering (Microbiology option) from Chonbuk National University, South Korea. She also majored in Food microbiology during her undergraduate studies. She has in the past, worked with the Food Research Institute-CSIR, Ghana where she gained deeper insights into practical and scientific principles in microbiology. She has also worked with a Food Processing Company where she served as the Quality Assurance manager.
