Introducing the AuthorAID Facilitator team

Over the years, many experienced researchers have helped support younger researchers around the globe by acting as volunteer facilitators on AuthorAID online courses and webinars. Hundreds of AuthorAID members have also looked to step up and improve their own facilitation skills via AuthorAID facilitator training such as our 'Facilitating Events and Courses in an Onine World' course. We wanted to recognise our experienced and upcoming facilitators by creating a new 'AuthorAID facilitators' page, to showcase our diverse, global network of experts with critical skills in research writing and communication.

How can I become an AuthorAID facilitator? 

To qualify, you must:

• Have a recognised skill in an area related to AuthorAID key topics in research, research writing or communication
• Have completed an AuthorAID online course in research writing or proposal writing
• Have earned a Facilitator badge by facilitating at least one AuthorAID course, webinar or live event
• Have earned a Training badge by completing the INASP course 'Facilitating Events and Courses in an Online World'
