- I am a nutritionist, I like to learn from the experiences of other colleagues and the people working in the field. I graduated from the University of San Carlos-USAC-with a Masters in Higher Education at the University of the Isthmus, an epidemiologist in training. I am 8 years teaching in the Bachelor of Nutrition at the University Rafael Landivar and almost a year ago I joined as a teacher of the Master of Food and Nutrition USAC. I've been a consultant to proyects in food and nutritional security for very poor communities (mainly educational) and recently for the construction of the basic food basket, a socioeconomic indicator used to measure the poverty of the population.
