Biografía:
Rev. Dr. Simon Masiga (simon.masiga@mak.ac.ug) is a Lecturer at the School of Liberal and Performing Arts, Makerere University. Dr. Masiga is teaching in the Department of Religion and Peace Studies, where he teaches religious studies, interreligious dialogue and biblical studies. Dr. Masiga trained in translation studies of the Hebrew Bible from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and he is a Translation Consultant to Bible Society Uganda and professional Training Facilitator. His current research interests are in Religious Ethics and Inter-religious dialogue, Contextual Biblical Hermeneutics, Religion and disability, and Religion and Peace building. Dr. Masiga is a library fellow alumnus of the Duke Center of Jewish Studies and he participated in the summer school of INIRE23. Recent Publications include: 1.
