Biografía:

Environmentalist by profession, I have a PhD in ecosystem management (Terrestrial carbon), MSc in Environmental Science and BSc in Plant Sciences. I have been conducting research on Sustainable Land Management, terrestrial carbon sequestration and in recent years on the impact of water pollution on ecosystem health. I recently have joined Rice university and excited about the work I am doing which will give me the opportunity in translating Science into tools that work for community in carbon trading. I am passionate about contributing to the research and development efforts towards achieving SDGs through collaborations, transdisciplinary and systems thinking research approaches for viable social and environmental impact.
