Biografía:

Currently working as the Research Fellow, Md Quadir Ali's interest revolves around Criminal Psychology, Scale Construction, Dream analysis, and social psychology. He has worked on the construction of a new psychometric tool that measures the gender sensitivity level of an individual. At present, he is looking forward to applying the quantitative methodology to the constructed theoretical frameworks that are related to the concept of dream analysis and the understanding of the criminal mindset. Having around 2 years of experience in research work, Quadir has a firm hold in statistical analysis and has learned and applied the quantitative methodology in small-scale research. He is willing to extend his understanding to qualitative analysis, thereby exploring the untouched potentials. He has been a Peer-reviewer in the Journal of Gender Studies since March 2021 and is presently in the reviewer position for SAGE Open, Cogent Education, and Cogent Social Sciences and as Article Editor in SAGE Open. His curious and hard-working nature is apt for the timely completion of the research, embedded with the element of creativity.
