Biografía:

After graduating from engineering and business administration, I continued my postgraduate studies at the Department of Business Administration and completed my Ph.D. with a thesis on "Sentiment Analysis with Text Mining and an Application on Borsa İstanbul Stock Exchange Market at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University. I also completed the Machine Learning program on artificial intelligence, presented by Andrew Ng, Stanford University. I have published national and international academic studies. Besides, I am the author of the web design book with "Python under Google App Engine" and the data analysis with "R for Economics and Businesses" in Turkish. I started my business life in 2005 in an international consulting firm. During my business life, I worked in several private companies and public institutions, including my own company. We also did software development and web programming. I use languages ​​such as Java, C #, especially Python and R. Since 2009, I have worked in the Undersecretariat of Treasury, General Directorate of Foreign Economic Relations, as an expert in the fields of management and implementation of EU Funds in the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (ARDSI). During this period, I also have a study report titled Risk Risk-Based Project Selection with Promethee Method lanmış published on the web site of the Undersecretariat of Treasury. I also worked on ASP.MVC projects in the software development department of ARDSI. I can speak English, Persian, Kurmanjii and a bit French. My expertise is in R and Python Language.
