Biografía:
Emmanuel Kodwo Mensah (www.linkedin.com/in/ekmensah) is a Ghanaian, currently working as Gender, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer at MobiPay AgroSys Limited, Uganda (https://mobipayagrosys.com), where he leads and advise on gender responsive research in our projects and that of our partners. He's an Alumnus of the School of Women (https://womenstudies.mak.ac.ug), Makerere University (https://www.mak.ac.ug), Uganda and holds a Masters degree in Gender Studies. Emmanuel is passionate about Gender, Climate Change, Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Security, Digital Financial Inclusion (DFI) and technology for rural and agricultural development. Expertise in Gender and Development, Technology, DFI and participatory learning methodologies. Has considerable experience in Agricultural value chain analysis, gender and technology research, project planning, monitoring and evaluation. Proven skills in proposal writing, quantitative and qualitative data gathering, processing, management and analysis using NVivo, Stata and SPSS, report writing, project management, facilitation, coordination AND capacity building. Emmanuel has led various projects and research that have resulted in the design and implementation of comprehensive Management Information system (MIS), Evoucher, input aggregation and e-extension platforms for Producer Organizations (POs) and other key actors along various value chain including coffee, maize, beans and seed oil in Uganda. For any project, Emmanuel brings extensive and practical experiences in developing gender integration plans and integrating gender targets into program performance monitoring framework
