- Olalekan Joseph Akintande is a Research Assistant at Department of Statistics, University of Ibadan- Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Statistical Analysis (UI-LISA) and a Data Management Specialist. He obtained first and second degree in Statistics at University of Ibadan and University of Lagos respectively. He holds a professional qualification of Graduate Statistician (GradStat) of the RSS. Olalekan is a competent user of R programming, SPSS, E-views, Stata, LaTex, TexWorks, MSExel etc. He is capable of learning any new technology within 12 hours of first contact. Olalekan can code with Python and can work with any database software application. He has supervised various field survey and primary data collection exercises. He is a member of Energy Information System Unit of the Centre for Petroleum Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL) and volunteer as Data Management Specialist. His research interest is Data analytic, statistical learning (Big data) and Bayesian- Econometric modelling.
