Biografía:

I am a hard working, self-motivated, high achieving professional lecturer with six years experience in Writing study materials, scripts for radio broadcast, video and audio cassettes, various reports and papers, giving public lecture, tutoring and leading academic discussions, setting and marking course assignments and/or tests, examinations supervision of field work, practical and all other related academic activities. I have worked as a team leader, and am equipped with powerful communication, coordination and analytical skills. . I have experience in teaching the following courses community health and nutrition, environmental health,consumer education and behaviour, food microbiology and toxicology, project management and research methodology and development studies. From experience, I consider myself to have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills developed while meeting the challenges higher learning institution. I am adept at managing multiple tasks and resolving or minimizing problems by identifying them in their early stages. I have shown my commitment to the highest level of excellence through achievements in well respected Institutions like Open University of Tanzania (OUT), Tanzania Industrial Research Development and Organization (TIRDO), National Institute of Public and Environmental Health (RIVM) in the Netherlands, Tanzania Women Association against Poverty (TWAAP) and food industries like Coca Cola Mwanza Ltd, Tanzania Breweries Limited and Arusha Meat Company in Tanzania. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Food Safety and several tailored post-graduate training certificates. These include a comprehensive range of experience and formal training in communication skills and consumer education, nutrition and food security, food borne and waterborne diseases, food safety and risk assessment. Additionally, I am computer proficient and I have outstanding presentation skills
