Biografía:

Cumulatively, I have more than 13 years of professional experience working as a social research consultant, project coordinator, and administrator in government, private and non-profit organizations. I am highly skilled in social research tasks including proposal/report writing, constructing data collection tools, and conducting data collection and analysis (quantitative and qualitative). Working in multidisciplinary teams and with clients from different backgrounds has improved my skills in various scopes of work including grant proposal writing, project management, administration, human resources management, project monitoring and evaluation, and multi-stakeholder partnership coordination. I am always willing to put in extra hours to ensure that project deadlines are met, and high-quality work is maintained at the same time. I enjoy working in a highly dynamic, challenging, and rewarding environment which accords me an opportunity to utilize my acquired skills, as well as develop new technical skills and knowledge.
