- Lucian V. Ngeze (PhD) is a Lecturer in the University of Dodoma, Tanzania, since 2010. Lucian holds a PhD in Educational Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India. His areas of research include: Learner-centric Online Courses and MOOC Design, Instructional Design, Technology enhanced Teaching and Learning. Till now, he has developed four online courses configured in Moodle, with more than 800 educators benefiting. Currently, “Teacher Professional Development for Remote Teaching” developed as part of the Open Education for a Better World programme under UNESCO is running.
