Biografía:

A Native of the Caribbean island of Nevis Dr Liburd trained primarily at University of the West Indies Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad and University of Glasgow with their affiliated hospitals and clinics.. specialising in Anaesthesiology. Since 1996 he has given over 20 years of continuous service in Anaesthesia Critical Care,Primary care and Advocacy to the people of Nevis and St Kitts. A community oriented individual with a love for farming has led to him embracing multiple community groups and causes to promote and advance healthcare delivery and healthy lifestyle in the island of Nevis. His enguiring mind has produced a love for research and innovation and desire to seek solutions to life's problems by collaborating across multiple disciplines and sectors.
