Dr. Mary Acanit holds a PhD in Information Science from the University of South Africa (UNISA) with over a decade experience in an academic library setting and serves as Librarian and Head of Library ICT Services at Kyambogo University, Uganda. She is committed to empowering users to effectively navigate, evaluate, and use information in academic and professional contexts.
